Chad Hensdale, Senior Healthcare Recruiter
After graduating from Iowa State University with a degree in Commercial Illustration, Chad started his career as an art teacher and swimming team coach. After 5 years in education, Chad was recruited and ultimately hired into a senior sales role by a leading pharmaceutical company. For the past 6 years Chad has been an account manager in the medical industry selling everything form pharmaceuticals, oxygen, CPAP, catheters and medical disposables.
Chad brings years of experience working with various medical professionals to Executive Alliance. Chad is "relationship" focused and believes it's important to get a very strong understanding of the candidate and their ideal position. "Today, it is more important than ever that every position and candidate is carefully reviewed and matched to ensure long, productive and rewarding careers for everyone involved. Nothing brings me more joy than placing a qualified individual with the job of their dreams."
When not working, Chad enjoys reading, swimming, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
