Dianne specializes in Credit, Collections and Call Center Management. Dianne comes from a background in banking and customer service. She has over 12 years combined with both Chase Bank and Citibank. She was instrumental in starting up Chase Bank's on-line bill paying service. She helped clients with P.C. set up as well as instructions on utilizing the software. Dianne assisted all clients with lost bill payments, reversal of finance & late fees as well as negative credit reporting reversals. “In my role it was very rewarding everyday to know that I truly helped a client and made a difference on a daily basis.”

Prior to joining Executive Alliance, Dianne was a part-time recruiter for MetLife. She was responsible for finding and identifying top talent for Financial Services Representatives. Dianne attended local job fairs and became involved in on campus college recruiting. She began to establish great relationships with C.W. Post / Long Island University and Hofstra University. This is when she realized her passion for recruiting and chose to recruit full time.

Dianne was born and raised in Long Island New York and currently lives in Huntington New York with her husband and two sons and magnificent Great Dane “Apollo”.
