Joy has been in the recruiting industry for over six years, handling both temporary and permanent placement. While at her previous position with Randstad Staffing Joy was regarded as the go-to person for the Suffolk County Division; she recruited for multiple markets, supporting all the offices and on-site locations in the Long Island market. She also handled all the insurance, I-9’s and unemployment claims for the contracted employees. Joy started with Executive Alliance in 2005. She supports the recruiters by searching and researching candidates. Joy resides in Long Island with her four cats.
