Kelly Egan
Researcher
Kelly began her career working with Ruttura & Sons Construction in Farmingdale as a Human Resources Generalist. Helping the company to establish a streamlined Human Resources department, she was able to experience many aspects of the field and got involved in college campus recruiting for the company. Attending job fairs at campuses from Stony Brook to Farmingdale, Kelly realized how much she enjoyed this aspect of her position and decided to see what recruiting full time was all about.
She began working with Executive Alliance in 2005 as a Researcher, finding her niche recruiting in the collections industry. Kelly greatly enjoys her position with the company, especially the daily interaction with candidates all over the world. She resides in Bellmore with her family and dog Molly.
