Marianne Theisen joined Executive Alliance with twenty years of expertise in Human Resources. Her career began with Northrop Grumman as an HR Generalist followed by Symbol Technologies where she hired technicians to VPs. Prior to Executive Alliance, Marianne had a successful career with Telephonics Corporation where her recruiting included everything from Facility workers to Hi-Tech Executives. Her achievements include hiring 200 people a year for five consecutive years and the winner of “100 hires in 100 days”.
Marianne looks upon her career as her natural calling for she enjoys people and knowing her audience. She thrives on identifying and introducing the talent and chemistry of the “perfect business relationship”. “I love people. Give me a client and I will find the right match!”
Marianne is a native New Yorker who continues her education at Dowling Institute.
