My Career started 34 years ago with United Airlines as a Flight Attendant. I traveled extensively and loved every moment. After 15 years being in the air I decided it was time to put my feet on the ground and took the position as an Administrative and Operational Coordinator. Several years later I became the Administrative Supervisor for the Flight Attendants. My experience is diversified in many facets of Human Resource Management such as training, interviewing, dependability, benefit administration, employee relocation, workers’ compensation, and a Hearing Officer (writing letters of decision for disputes between management and the Union).
Although I retired on April 30, 2006 from United Airlines, I knew I had another chapter in my life to pursue and that was to become a recruiter. It’s very rewarding and exciting to help people find their ideal job.
I have been married for 30 years and have raised four sons. I get the most enjoyment from my five grandchildren. I enjoy jogging with my chocolate lab (Major), swimming, health foods and decorating my new home in Tampa.
