Ralph Iadevaia
Account Executive, Retail Management
Ralph has been working in the Retail Industry for well over 12 years. Starting his career working in a privately owned Office Supply Specialty store, Ralph progressed to General Manager by the time he turned 19 while still going to school full time. Upon graduating St. Johns University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a concentration in Human Resources, Ralph joined H & M as a Manager. He was instrumental in the Recruiting and Hiring of all of the locations on Long Island and New York City when the company expanded into the market.
Ralph was directly recruited to join MusicLand Corp. and became one of the youngest Store Managers in the company’s history. Achieving +20% comp goals, having the best Movie Reservation rate in the company and being ranked Store of the Month 3 times in a ten month gap. After a successful career with Musicland, Ralph made a successful transition into Big Box Retail joining Toys R Us Corp as an HR Manager.
With his education and extensive experience out in the Retail field, Ralph came to Executive Alliance as a Retail Staffing Specialist with an emphasis on Store and District level field Management positions.
