Operations Manager
Richard joined the Executive Alliance team in July of 2008 as Office Manager for our Huntington, NY headquarters. Richard comes from a back ground in wireless retail sales however prior to joining Executive Alliance on a trial basis; he spent 2 years working for Dynamic Staffing Alliance, a full service staffing firm, in an office managerial/junior recruiter role.
As Executive Alliance continues to grow Richard will support our offices on a national level. His involvement is critical to ensure initiatives in internal reporting, quality and client and candidate communications are met. He takes personal pride in making sure that company’s best interests are taken care of. Richard’s background and organizational skills, along with his ability to multi-task and handle a fast paced environment make him a true asset to our company.
Personally, Richard was born in New York City and raised on Long Island. He currently resides in Brentwood, NY.
