Gary Zelamsky, President



Gary Zelamsky recruits for management, business development and C-Level positions, with an emphasis in financial services.

Gary supports clients with twenty-four years of corporate management experience. Immediately prior to Executive Alliance, Gary was VP of Customer Support for Cablevision, where he had staff and line responsibility for 2,000 employees in all call centers and collections groups for this Fortune 500 company.

Previously, Gary was a Senior VP with Viacom and an Area VP with Comcast, where he had full P&L responsibility for cable TV markets in San Francisco and Philadelphia, respectively. These business units had revenues exceeding $300 million.

Earlier in his career, Gary practiced as a CPA on Wall Street.

He earned his MBA in Finance from New York University.

Gary has a long record of accomplishment in achieving improved service, employee morale, and bottom line profitability. Examples include award-winning increases in advertising sales; a 50% decrease in average on-hold time for a call center; and several cost saving programs which reduced both labor and non-labor expenses while improving customer service.

Gary has contributed to the book The 12-Hour MBA Program, served on several Boards of Directors, and has spoken at numerous training sessions and conferences.

Asked why he is so passionate about the services he provides, Gary replied, "Leaders tell me that their greatest challenges are finding top talent and helping those individuals achieve their goals. That's where I can really make a difference."

Gary is a native New Yorker, and lives with his wife and two sons in Dix Hills, NY.
