Brief Description

A fast-growing Home Health and Hospice facility is looking to bring on a Medicare focused sales/marketing Rockstar.

The client is based out of Jacksonville but is acquiring another facility in the Orlando, FL area. This individual will be covering the Orlando, FL area market.

Responsibilities
-Interacting in the community and promoting company services.
-Analyze company to determine target market.
-Visit doctors’ offices, hospital discharge desks, Assisted Living Facilities and other possible -sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
-Analyze the company’s strengths and weaknesses.
-Analyze past and current marketing data.
-Complete an analysis of the company’s product line.
-Analyze patient/company relationships.
-Develop sales and marketing objectives and sales projections.
-Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and set a reasonable timetable.
-Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
-Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.

Qualifications:
-At least 2+ years of Sales/Marketing experience in the Home Health/Hospice industry and interacting with health agencies/professionals.
-Organized and detail oriented.
-Strong communication and writing skills.
-Must be able to interact with Health professionals at all levels.
-Must have criminal background check.

Competitive base + commission + biweekly travel reimbursement.
Health, Vision, and Dental Plan offered as well as 4wks PTO.
