Brief Description

Our client is a national provider of receivables management services to hospitals and hospital systems, physician practices, municipal courts systems and utilities.

 

We are looking to identify an experienced Recruiter who will be responsible for the following duties.



The Recruiter is  responsible for the recruitment of candidates for all company positions, along with various general Human Resources-related tasks. This position is in-house, assisting the training department with finding, interviewing, and recommending potential candidates for hire in the organization.

 

Essential Functions:

 

The Recruiter will seek, evaluate, screen, and interview all candidates for all company branches. Recruiter will also utilize CRM system to track all candidate contacts, evaluate candidates, and recommend for hire. Recruiter will also be responsible for welcoming and tracking all new hires including onboarding.


Requirement Note

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Must have 1+ year of recruiting and interviewing experience
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills (bilingual preferred) with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization is required.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office required.
  • A positive *team spirit* attitude and the ability to think outside of the box is required, as is always the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Applicants must be able to work a flexible work schedule and flexible hours
  • Occasional travel is also required.
  • Exceptional character and interpersonal skills are a must in this role.
