Position Description


Maximize  sales of mobile products by capitalizing on opportunities at high potential machine builders in on/off Highway Vehicle OEM market segments.

Continuously supporting sales process with the account base.

Discuss with customers their controls architecture, vehicle requirements, and various iOT technologies.  

Stay current on changes in mobile control technologies and trends.

Negotiate with customers to achieve a good balance between products and services offered profitably and competitively.

Customize sales presentations based on audience background and area of interest.

Provide on-site support to customers during startup and implementation of a project.  

Conduct training seminars for contacts that are associated with the project.​

Work closely with Product Marketing during pre-launch phases of new products and with the Director of Sales to identify the needs of the customers and markets with respect to new products, sales tools, and required service.


Requirement Note


B.S. in an Engineering discipline preferred.

Excellent knowledge of working with mobile hydraulic and electronic controls, network technology (CAN, CANopen, Ethernet, SAE 1939) and sensor technology.

Must stay current on changes in vehicle and industrial control technologies and trends.

Understand customers’ business models and machine / application requirements to determine the “best fit” solution.

Ability to develop and execute a strategy to gain access to large potential accounts and win business against strong competition.

Demonstrated experience growing direct sales (at OEM customers preferred).

Excellent phone, presentation, computer and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel at least 25%, including internationally.
