Overall Summary:

The Project Manager is the leader of the team.   They are essentially the CEO of this business unit.   The project manager is responsible for utilizing the resources of the team to assure that all projects are completed on-time and on-budget as well as the customer’s satisfaction with the project.   In addition, the team leader is responsible for procuring all work by undertaking marketing and sales activities. The primary role of this position is to manage mitigation projects including mold remediation, water damage, fire damage cleanup etc. while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.





  • Provide emergency response (30 minutes to warehouse, 35 minutes to job site)

  • Manage field personnel

  • Maintain project records and project documentation

  • Complete Xactimate estimates quickly and efficiently

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • Work with client to outline scope, goals, required resources and timing

  • Document job progress

  • Maintain professional and courteous vendor / sub-contractor relations

Requirement Note

Skills Needed:

  • High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
  • IICRC Certifications including any of the following: WRT, ASD, AMRT, CDS, FSRT, OCT, etc)
  • Safety and customer service oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Experience using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willing to participate in on-call rotation and other after hours and weekend work as needed
  • Willing to participate in all training as needed/required
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, internet, basic typing

  • Xactimate experience required

  • OSHA certification desired and preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:


  • Typical work shifts are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, overtime may be required to meet project deadlines and to properly serve emergency events which occur on a 24/7 basis.

  • Standard office environment sitting, walking, and standing with use of information technology may apply such as cell phones, email, keyboarding, reporting software.
