My client, a niche company serving the commercial & residential communities, is searching for a local qualified Account Manager / Marketing Professional to join its growing team. The position is responsible for selling its services in response to fire, water, and other damage to homes. Their sales leaders are on the front line in the field and are the face and voice of company



 

Your job duties will include:

  • Prospecting for new contacts.
  • Building and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Responding to both residential and commercial losses.
  • Building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Identifying key local targets.
  • Providing demonstrations and presentations.

Requirement Note

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate for this position will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in insurance claims or the restoration industry a plus.
  • 2 years of business-to-business account management and account development experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
  • Fundamental understanding of outside sales and business-to-business sales tactics and techniques.
  • Ability to communicate, build relationships, provide customer service, prioritize, account forecast /planning, negotiating, consultative selling, and superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform work without direct supervision.
  • Ability to work after hours and be on-call after normal business hours.
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.) a must.
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Local candidates preferred

Pay commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year, Plus Uncapped Commissions
