Executive Alliance is actively recruiting for a Diagnostic Radiologists to join a private practice in the Northern California area. Please inquire within to learn more information about this exciting opportunity!

The client is a lifestyle-focused, shared solo practice serving a busy, small town rural hospital. The group is in a unique position to expand services to a new small city location which will dramatically increase revenue through increased efficiencies in staffing.

They are seeking to add a 4th radiologist to help facilitate this expansion and accommodate a retiring partner. Some travel may be necessary but is negotiable depending on candidate's preference for location. The practice currently employs 3 radiologists sharing a solo day, evening and weekend schedule. Evenings and weekends can be read remotely from anywhere. They are seeking an adventurous and flexible new member. Hospital-based facilities include 1.5 Tesla GE MRI scanner, new 128-slice CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, new Hologic Mammography Unit with Tomo, and new stereotactic table.

The practice is located in a  safe, small and growing community in the Sierra Nevada foothills. Nearby attractions include Shenandoah Valley wineries, Kirkwood Valley Resort, Lake Tahoe, Calaveras Big Trees State Park and Yosemite National Park. Easy regional access to Sacramento, San Francisco and Reno. New location discussed confidentially with serious applicants.

Requirement Note

Candidates must be comfortable working independently and functioning as a general radiologist reading most modalities (including Mammography, no PET) and performing light Interventional Radiology work (para, thora, CT and ultrasound biopsy).

Creative scheduling is a must and will reflect the personal needs and desires of new and existing radiologists and their families. Part time and/or contracted options are also possible depending on strengths and interests of candidates.
