Brief Description

Our client, a major BPO/Revenue Cycle and Receivables Management Firm is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with industry experience.

This is a key role in developing and maintaining processes used in the weekly forecasting of the company’s operating results and related variance analyses.


Ideally this position would be based in our clients Northwestern location.

They are open to the position being based in one of there other locations throughout the US.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Duties and Expectations:

  • Monthly Forecast Integration
  • Yearly Budget Preparation and Review
  • Pricing Models
  • Payroll Analysis and Hours Forecasting
  • Capital Expenditure Monitoring, Forecasting and Analysis
  • Client Profitability and Other Client-level Reporting
  • Operational Reporting
  • Variance Analysis and Reporting
  • Expense Monitoring and Analysis
  • Sales Analysis
  • Post-Mortem Analysis
  • Ad Hoc Reporting

Requirement Note
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
  • Three to five years of experience demonstrating progressive responsibility and direct hands on experience performing financial analysis
  • Previous experience within a large BPO/Revenue cycle and or Receivables Management Firm.
  • Advanced skills in Excel; experience with Oracle and/or Access is a plus
  • Strong communications skills to work effectively with operational leaders in multiple locations to develop and monitor forecasts on an ongoing basis.   
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to communicate at levels and across all disciplines
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines
