Brief Description

My client, a successful, growing, insurance adjuster, is looking to interview prospective candidates that are:

Hard working,

Reliable and

Qualified with experience of working in a corporate customer service environment to join their claims department.

Candidates would be responsible for the following:
General Customer Service
* Answer All Incoming Telephone Calls Professionally and Quickly
* Answer All Incoming Emails from Web forms Professionally and Quickly
* Conduct Initial Telephone Claims Intake and gather documents necessary for claim analysis (training will be provided as well as a script/questionnaire)
* Order office supplies
* Scheduling for Adjustment Team, VP of Marketing and 2 CEO's
* Assist with placement and cancellation of orders, refunds, or exchanges
* Provide pricing and delivery information
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
* Other tasks as necessary
Assist with marketing functions:
* Mailers
* Tradeshow assistance
* Assist with lead research
* Other tasks as necessary
Assist with inside claims adjustment functions:
* Establish and maintain a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; serve the customer with compassion; and follow up to ensure that customer needs have been met
* Research and respond to customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues
* Summarize and document a claim file with notes, evaluations and decision-making process
* Provide overview of coverage limits
* Support our team with settling claims in accordance with business unit standard methodologies and settled claim value
* License renewals

Requirement Note

Job Requirements
* Candidates must possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
