           As a member of the Sales Team to define and implement the local sales and marketing strategy

           To plan, manage and control sales and marketing activities to supply the education and industry market segments with:


- Industrial automation and industrial trades learning systems (products)

- Training & Consulting for manufacturing and process industries (services)


           To visit customers and dealers, to establish partnerships and develop strategic alliances with educational institutions and other industrial companies & market influencers

           To collaborate with the industrial automation sales force providing customized training and consulting services not available from competitors

           To establish a good customer relationship management to always ensure high levels of customer satisfaction  

           Supervise and coordinate projects & assure timely proposals in a professional manner

           Create a truly people focused environment (training, recognition and better communication)

           To lead and organize freelancers / external trainers as required.

           Regular contact with Management Team concerning new product groups, pricing, specific customers’ requests and sales strategies


Innovation and Change


  • To research the market potential in the district to find new customers

  • To analyze the needs of existing customers to find "hidden" training needs and to identify new sales opportunities

  • Define and implement sales structures, sales channels and activities to achieve the defined targets

  • Find solutions to win contracts against competitors

  • To monitor & analyze new market trends in the automation industry as well as the education sector in the country, and determine their impact on the business for the purpose of adjusting/tailoring business plans to meet the evolving needs of markets served & to expand into additional markets as trends indicate opportunity.

  • Work with marketing to develop concepts that will generate more leads and orders for our products and services

  • Regular contact with management team concerning new product groups, pricing, specific customers’ requests and sales strategies

  • To create and maintain good relationship with key customers

  • To negotiate contracts / prices / large public tenders with Key Accounts together with management on a frequent basis



Requirement Note


Educational Background:

  • A.A degree, Engineering a plus.   Experience in the industry will be considered
  • Technical University Degree (e.g. Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics) a plus

Professional Knowledge and Experiences:

  • 5-8 years professional experience in sales as technical / commercial sales engineer, preferably in automation technology.
  • Management experience in sales/marketing.
  • Industrial training experiences or teaching a technical subject
  • Profound knowledge of the industrial/technical/workforce development education sector; experience working with official/governmental institutions in the country a plus.
