Position: Contract to Perm


Hours: In office 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Standard 8-hour shift


Executive Alliance is seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of their top clients in the Orlando area. This is an immediate need and has great opportunity for advancement. Low-Voltage or Construction Industry knowledge is a PLUS.

  • Coordinating schedules, resources, equipment, information
  • Printing out work orders
  • Placing small online orders, keeping office consumables up to date
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Performing HR related procedures
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.

Requirement Note

Must haves:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Critical thinking to solve client issues
  • Proficient with Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word
  • Customer Service
  • Phone etiquette
