Our client, a leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is seeking a VP of   BPO Sales in Customer Care with expertise in the Financial Services and auto verticals. Experience selling on-shore and offshore.

  • Responsible for pipeline development, managing sales cycle from prospect to close

Requirement Note
  • Bachelors degree preferred, however would consider years of experience in the BPO industry
  • Expert in selling on-shore and offshore customer care (BPO)
  • Ability to establish strong relationships and rapport with new prospects and clients
  • Results-driven and proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent problem-solver, follow-through skills, engaging, and organized
  • Long tenure with a company
  • Develop sales strategies, lead generation, cold calling, and creating a strong pipeline
  • Excellent presentation skills - articulate
