We are headquartered in New York, with an additional office in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Our Wesley Chapel office is conveniently located five minutes east of the intersection of SR 54 and 75.

We are seeking talented Recruiters to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring procedure for your clients. Your clients will be acquired by your communication ability and your attention to high customer service levels.

 

We believe that our full desk recruitment approach allows our recruiters to be intimately familiar with our clients’ needs, cultures and visions. If you have strong communication skills and are confident as a headhunter, we want to meet you. We like working with people who think 'outside-the-box' and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

As a part of our team you will be performing these tasks:

  • Establish and maintain industry contacts and prospective client relationships.
  • Create job requisitions and build/maintain talent pipelines for current and future demand.
  • Utilize social media campaigns, tools and innovation to conduct passive searches.
  • Work the full recruiting cycle from developing new business to recruiting candidates and closing deals.    

Requirements:

  • Experienced in phone based inside sales.
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to build new relationships with clients and candidates through prospecting and cold calling.
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work independently, you must be highly motivated to succeed in a performance driven environment.
  • Energetic with the ability to convey a positive presence both on the phone and in person.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at the same time.
  • Prior staffing and recruitment experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
