Position Mission:

To build a powerful network of relationships that will create a steady flow of referrals and renewal business and to assure my clients that we will deliver on our promise.

 

Position Description:

Prospect and maintain referral sources by creating, building and maintaining relationships.

 


Requirement Note

Duties:

  • Prospect.   Hunting for new prospective clients and for new segments of business that we can get business from.
  • Keep in contact with clients and inactive clients through the phone, email, marketing materials and appointments.
  • Bring on new clients by using the phone, email, marketing materials and appointments.
  • Maintain CRM database.
  • Come up with ideas for Marketing and “Touching” our Clients and Prospects
  • Hosting and running company events (golf outings, holiday parties etc).
  • Maintain personal sale and marketing budget and properly follow company guidelines with sales and marketing budgeting.
  • Networking with both industry and non-industry Associations and Network Groups.
  • Keeping professional social media site (LinkedIn) up to date and current, showing activity and interest in the industry, prospects and clients.
  • Assisting our clients and prospects with other connections they need within the industry.
  • To attend company recommended seminars designed to better sales skills.
  • Deal with issues as they arise on jobs, collections, etc.
  • Be available to help with jobs as needed.
  • Help with collections and anything else the office needs help with (phones etc).

 

Essential Physical/Mental Skills Required for Position:

  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to cold call, drop in and engage in different levels of face to face meetings.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many issues, items, and functions at one time and deal rapidly with multiple items in prioritized sequence.
  • Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust to rapidly changing requirements and schedules.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced and possibly stressful environment while maintaining a professional and collegial attitude and demeanor.
