Enter invoices into accounting system

Reconcile job costs reports to ledgers and schedules

Analyze project documents

Assemble reports

Review and code invoices for approval

Reconcile accounts payable statements and discrepancies

Review and process Subcontractors AIA forms G702/G703

Track budgets

Track insurance policies

Prepare contract change orders and purchase orders

Obtain lien wavers
