Brief Description

Our client, a major player in data and analytics solutions to the 3rd party receivables management industry, is currently in growth mode. They are seeking a sales and relationship management professional with strong knowledge and experience in the collections industry. This is a REMOTE (work from home) position. Company is offering a competitive base salary, residual commission (probability to earn $100k+ in the first year) and top notch benefits package.

 



Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue by being a solutions consultant to existing clients
  • New business development by soliciting and presenting to new prospects in the 3rd party receivables management industry
  • Manage current client relationships on an ongoing basis to ensure satisfaction and grow existing revenue
  • Exceed monthly / quarterly / annual revenue targets
  • Build and manage pipeline
  • Properly forecast sales revenue and attain assigned goals
  • Be a subject matter expert of solutions and how they impact client success
  • Perform demonstrations solutions to clients and prospects

Requirement Note

Requirements:

  • Ability to sell within a consultative sales philosophy
  • Must have exceptional knowledge and experience within the 3rd party collections industry (experience can be operations based. - e.g., Operations Manager, Collection Manager, etc.)
  • Be able to highlight value and ROI of solutions to clients and prospects
  • Ability and willingness to cold call into prospective clients
  • Ability to manage existing client relationships
  • Experience managing a CRM
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for sales and growing revenue
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be willing to travel
