Requirement Note

Your job duties will include:

  • Prospecting for new contacts.

  • Building and maintaining existing client relationships.

  • Responding to both residential and commercial losses.

  • Building a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Identifying key local targets.

  • Providing demonstrations and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate for this position will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent.

  • Experience in insurance claims or the restoration industry a plus.

  • 2 years of business-to-business account management and account development experience preferred.

  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.

  • Fundamental understanding of outside sales and business-to-business sales tactics and techniques.

  • Ability to communicate, build relationships, provide customer service, prioritize, account forecast /planning, negotiating, consultative selling, and superior organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to perform work without direct supervision.

  • Ability to work after hours and be on-call after normal business hours.

  • Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.) a must.

  • Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

  • Local candidates preferred

Pay commensurate with experience.
