Primary job responsibilities require candidates to:
Installs and maintains local and wide area network hardware and software, including servers, peripherals, network nodes, terminals, and wiring.
Respond to hardware and software support issues from employees for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Phone/Voicemail, Printers, Mobile devices etc.
Set up/remove user accounts on systems (network, email, phone, security, etc.).
Maintain (patches, updates and fixes) software used on desktop systems including OS, anti-virus and malware protection.
Troubleshooting and repair of all hardware and software.
Maintain IT inventories and properly dispose of equipment.

Education and Requirements
BS Degree in computer science, information systems, or another related field
Cisco (CCNA), Juniper, and MCSA Certifications
Extensive Technical knowledge and experience with the following applications/systems: Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS 7-10, Adobe, VPN, IP Phone systems, Video/Tele Conferencing, Remote support tools, Maintaining reliable communications between the main office and satellite offices
Proficiency with cloud based storage, Maintaining redundant servers and file back-ups, FTP
Ability to work on nights and weekend to implement critical projects that require after hours deployment
