Executive chef for Upscale Steakhouse with very high volume of business.

 

Oversee and manage the kitchen operations.

 

In charge of menu development for wine pairing meals and specials.

 

Work in collaboration with the General Manager to oversee overall restaurant operation.  


Requirement Note

Must have experience running high end, high volume location.
