Our client, a leader in collections is seeking a Division Manager to oversee 40-50 FTEs. Expertise in federal government collections in a mix of portfolios such as Medicare, SBA loans, etc. Experience using Artiva would be a plus.

Position: located in Northern California - relocation assistance is available

 

 

 


Requirement Note
  • 5+ years of 3rd party collection experience (federal government collections)
  • Strong leadership skills to manage 40+ employees
  • Hands-on mentoring and training experience
  • Dialer collection experience, knowledge of Artiva a plus
  • Expert knowledge of all federal and state laws/regulations
  • Must have verifiable ability to improve collection performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
