Requirement Note
  • Prefer a Bachelor's degree or would consider years of experience in the industry
  • 8+ years of BPO sales experience
  • Must have long tenure
  • Positive attitude - promotes quality values throughout the organization
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Track record of success - top performer - meeting or exceeding goals
  • Ability to work well with a team and independently
  • Advance skills in cold calling, networking, email campaigns, conferences, etc.
