Our client a leader in consumer debt collections is seeking a dynamic results-driven Sales Manager to supervise 4-6 sales associates with experience in consumer bad debt recovery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and management to the new client sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base.
  • Achieving growth goals and sales numbers through the successful management of the team.
  • Train the team to properly identify prospective client unfulfilled needs.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our direct competition.
  • Department training on all new sales initiatives.

***Note: This position can be worked remotely from a home base.


Requirement Note

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling in the collection consumer debt industry
  • Required - 4 years of direct sales staff management.
  • Required - 4 years of new client acquisition.
  • Preferred - 2 years of experience in trade show or showroom sales.
  • Preferred - Sandler, or equivalent, sales training.
  • Working knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Working knowledge: Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or an equivalent CRM
