Brief Description


  • Manage pre-construction process; preparing building permit applications
  • Attend legal hearings for violations and variances
  • Provide weekly project updates at construction meetings
  • Prepare request for information
  • Obtain Certificates of Occupancy
  • Collect and Organize bids
  • Create Contracts and Purchase Orders
  • Prepare and track change orders
  • Provide support to the construction department with administrative tasks

Qualifications - but not limited to:

As we review candidates for this role, we will be looking for these qualifications:


  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in pre-construction through completion
  • Expediting experience a plus
  • Timberline experience a plus
  • Yardi Voyager experience a plus
  • Self-motivated and self-directed individuals willing to take initiative
  • Ability to manage a property budget and insure compliance with budgetary concerns
  • Strong interpersonal skills required
  • A good working knowledge and skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with blueprints
