Brief Description

My client, a rapidly growing player in the national, disaster restoration industry is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor, to help lead the project team in it's Tampa FL location.

The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operations for commercial jobs large and small.

The right candidate will have experience working in and supervising emergency response projects to include; Mitigation from Water Damage, Fire Damage, Smoke Damage, Mold Remediation and Sewage Backups.

The Project Supervisor is a fast paced role that requires candidates to be extremely flexible to the constantly changing environments

Emergencies happen at any time and my client's team operates 24/7/365; this includes both overnight and weekend work, when required.

While our primary work focuses in the metro Tampa area, travel to projects in other states is required when necessary.

My client only performs Commercial work ONLY,  no residential work is included as part of this job.

Requirement Note


· Significant experience as Emergency Services Project Manager/Senior Technician

· Primary area of experience in Commercial mitigation work

· Strong knowledge of structural drying and demolition

· Demonstrated ability to manage labor and control demolition/construction projects

· Scheduling flexibility and the ability to “drop everything” to service new jobs

· Extremely courteous and professional client interaction and maintain uniformed, professional apperance

· Ability to execute detail oriented operations while collecting required job documentation

· Ability to apply creativity to balance job requirements with Client requests

· Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually without direct supervision

· Extreme ownership of all assigned responsibilities

· Clean driving record

· Use time management skills to effectively coordinate multiple projects/competing priorities at once

· Use people management skills to effectively communicate to subcontractors and labor

· Use project management skills to monitor, follow-up, and direct job standard performance

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

· Advanced IICRC Certifications- ASD, CDS, AMRT

· Commercial experience, specifically in high rise/office buildings

· Professional written correspondence

· Knowledge of and experience with project estimating and planning

· Reconstruction project supervision
