Brief Description

Our client, a leader in the Payroll and HR Services industry, is looking to add a strong, experienced and motivated sales professional to it's team



Business Development Managers  will be evaluated based on their ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets, prospecting and developing accounts and growing strategic relationships.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Presenting the company's products and services to small and medium sized business owners and decision makers
  • Creating, maintaining and growing relationships with referral partners
  • Prospecting for new clients and referral partners through telemarketing, foot-canvassing, current client visits
  • Completing and submitting accurate new client paperwork, expense reports, and updating your CRM to help achieve sales goals
  • Job performance will be measured through a variety of related sales metrics
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with the company’s core value

Requirement Note

 

The right candidates for this role must:

  • Have experience selling in the Payroll and/or HR Solutions space
  • Be a self-starter/self-motivated
  • Be excited and motivated in being a part of a "start-up" type business
  • Be able to sell across business units (Payroll, HR Services, Time Clocks, etc)
  • Be a creative and bold member of the organization, with fresh ideas and the passion to see them through
