Vast knowledge of Shopify/eCommerce and best practices when onboarding new products
Responsible for optimizing the UX and UI of GFUEL.com
Work with the creative department to update the website for specific product launches, sales, etc.
Review sales data and inventory daily in order to optimize returns management
Develop pricing strategies while planning promotional campaigns
Communicate effectively with our inventory control planner and marketing department to support and manage projects
Work with our Director of SEO and lead developer to improve website load speed, UX, and overall mobile responsiveness
Ability to discover and manage new Shopify apps as well as work alongside Shopify app developers to debug app related issues
Maintain high standards for accuracy, website aesthetics, and productivity
At least 2 years experience in eCommerce managing, or related field is desired
Knowledge of languages such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Coding knowledge, preferred
Self-starter with refined organization and time management skills
Ability to multitask and meet various deadlines
Must provide own transportation to/from work
Eligible to work in the US
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with coding knowledge, preferred
Esports knowledge, a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Slack and Airtable
