A company whose laboratory instruments are top rated by research scientists is looking to hire a Technical Support Scientist to be an essential and critical link providing technical advice to researchers to support their expanding business.



  • The Technical Support Scientist will help clients with installations of their equipment  
  • Answer researchers’ questions via telephone and (post Covid) go to client sites to them resolve problems.
  • Train client staff on the use of the equipment
  • Provide insights and specific information to in-house technical, sales, marketing or IT teams on issues gathered from discussions or direct observation at client sites

Requirement Note
  • Must be permanent US resident
  • PhD or will accept MSc with commercial experience
  • 2+ years mammalian cell culture experience
  • Organized, detail oriented with very strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and also collaborate with a team
  • Must be willing to travel 35%!
