Brief Description

Prominent Commercial & Residential Real Estate firm seeks individual with 5+ years of Procurement experience in the construction and/or real estate space. As right-hand to Director, successful candidate will manage the projects dealing with the day-to-day process of RFPs and bids while interfacing with stakeholders throughout the organization.



  • Review, streamline and implement processes associated with the procurement function
  • Review scope of work, specifications and plans
  • Oversee and revise  contract documentation
  • Manage RFP process and evaluate risk, cost, subcontractor and supplier factors
  • Analyze and develop bid leveling for use in negotiating
  • Build relationships both internally and with outside vendors
  • Assess  bid openings, site visits and strategic meetings
  • Special projects as assigned by Director

Requirement Note


  • 5+ years in procurement with exposure to construction or real estate
  • Bachelor's degree, business major highly preferred
  • Strong communication and software skills
  • Experience with costs of services in addition to materials
