Corporate Attorney

We are searching for an in-house attorney with 5-9 years of commercial experience at either a law firm or corporation. The attorney will work on a broad variety of the company’s legal transactions and projects while ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors

• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and assist with M&A transactions and due diligence.

• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.

• Draft or review advertising and marketing materials.

• Assist internal departments with issues such as employment law, privacy, intellectual property, government filings, financing arrangements, etc.

• Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

•             Licensed attorney with at least 5 years of experience.

•             Broad experience in commercial law including contracts, licensing agreements, employment law, intellectual property, confidentiality agreements, and mergers & acquisitions.

•             Excellent planning and communication skills.

•             Stable work history with a track record of accomplishments.

•             Analytical with a strong attention to detail.

•             Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
