Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the entire HR function of the organization.

Our Carrollton client  is a well-established, compliant and growing firm in the Consumer Receivables Management industry. The company has a call center serving a variety of industries within 1st and 3rd party collections. They are a well-capitalized and financially stable organization. This is a highly-visible and impactful position within the company’s organizational structure. Additional responsibilities include the strategy and planning that will provide the company with the ideal talent in the marketplace and position the company as the employer of choice by keeping ahead of industry best-practices.   



  • Develops strategic staffing solutions and implements plans and programs to identify talent for front line and management positions. Identifies appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the organization.

  • Owns, plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization's human resource function and performance.

  • Participates in the development of company’s plans and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.

  • Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the organization.

  • Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.

  • Establishes credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.

  • Counsel management and staff on employee relations issues, interpretation of company policies, procedures and guidelines.

  • Enhances and/or develops, implements and enforces HR policies and procedures of the organization through systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness.

  • Maintains knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues. Provides technical advice and knowledge to others within the human resource discipline.

Requirement Note


  • Must have experience within call centers (Customer Service, Collections, BPO, Sales)

  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience  

  • 5+ years of HR staff management and leadership experience

  • Strong expertise with recruiting and retention

  • Experience with employee relations, benefits and most other HR functions

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
