Brief Description

Our client is a well-established Revenue Cycle Management company that is on the cutting-edge of excellence in service, performance, security, and compliance.   They pride themselves in standards of knowledge, experience, professionalism, and empathy.

 

They are seeking a newly created role due to extensive growth.   The role is a Vice President of Human Resources. This person will be responsible for leading the entire HR function of the organization. Additional responsibilities include the strategy and planning that will provide the company with the ideal talent in the marketplace and position company as the employer of choice by keeping ahead of industry best-practices.   



RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the organization's human resource function and performance.

•Participates in the development of company’s plans and programs as a strategic partner, but particularly from the perspective of the impact on people.

•Translates the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans.

•Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the organization.

•Develops strategic staffing solutions and implements plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization for positions of responsibility. Identifies appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the organization.

•Develops progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance.

•Establishes credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.

•Counsel management and staff on employee relations issues, interpretation of company policies, procedures and guidelines

•Enhances and/or develops, implements and enforces HR policies and procedures of the organization through systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness

•Coordinates activities, programs and strategic HR plans for the entire HR organization

•Maintains knowledge of international HR policies, programs, laws and issues. Provides technical advice and knowledge to others within the human resource discipline.

 

 


Requirement Note

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience  

•5+ years of HR management and leadership experience

•Strong experience in Collections or Call Center environments

•Bachelor's Degree

 

Travel as needed to around 25%
