Director Of Emergency Services

My client, a leader in the Disaster Restoration industry, serving the Suburban Virginia and Washington DC markets, is looking for an AMAZING leader and subject matter expert to join their organization as it's new DIRECTOR OF EMERGENCY SERVICES.

Whomever fills this role will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Managing the process of tarping, board up, water mitigation, lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services by following industry specifications on commercial and large loss projects while managing the organization's Mitigation Manager, who will have similar responsibilities for the insurance division.

Additionally, the Director of Emergency Services will need to:

• Hire, train, hold accountable, discipline and terminate technicians as necessary  
• Manage the needs of tools and equipment to foster success in the field  
• Management of equipment, and vehicles with the assistance of the staff facility manager (this person would supervise the Facility Manager and hold him accountable for equipment, ordering of supplies, etc.)  

The right candidate for this role will meet the following requirements

• Must have IICRC Certifications (at least WRT and ASD)
• The client also prefers that this person has also AMRT and Asbestos license
• Project management experience, specifically in commercial mitigation and large losses  
• Experience in commercial water mitigation is highly desirable
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
