Search Options

Our Service Options Will Suit Your Needs and Your Budget

To provide the highest service levels to our clients, we work with a few select companies at a time. This allows us to become thoroughly familiar with your company, people, product, work environment and expectations.

We offer our clients a choice of retained, priority or contingency search options. We customize your search to reflect your unique staffing needs and the culture of your organization.

Retained Search (Senior Management or Critical Needs)

  1. Your search consultant commits the majority of his or her time to filling your position. A minimum of three candidates who meet or exceed your requirements are presented within an agreed timeframe.
  2. Search coordinators are assigned to your project through its completion.
  3. Screening of candidates in person or by videoconference is available at your request.
  4. You are given exclusivity of candidates.
  5. Fees are paid in three equal installments at initiation, presentation of candidates, and date of hire.

Engaged Agreement (Senior to Mid-Level Management)

  1. Your search consultant devotes the majority of his or her time to filling your position.
  2. Screening of candidates in person or by videoconference is available at your request.
  3. You are given exclusivity of candidates.
  4. An engagement fee is paid at initiation, and the balance is billed on date of hire.

Contingency (All Levels)

Our Contingency Search option is available to companies that need full search services, but don't require the concentrated resources of a retained search. Fees are billed on date of hire.
