Gary joined Executive Alliance in 2002 as a Chief Operating Officer and part-owner of the business and became President a short time later. Gary is responsible for transforming Executive Alliance from a small recruitment firm to a nationally recognized mid-size firm and his leadership and managerial skills are the backbone of the company.
In addition to leading the company, Gary is also a successful recruiter. He specializes in Executive level management, business development and legal placements. He works with companies of all sizes, often with other Executive Alliance team members, and has a well-earned reputation for quickly presenting experienced candidates with the right skill sets.
Prior to Executive Alliance, Gary held Vice President and Senior Vice President positions in large cable TV markets on Long Island and in Seattle, San Francisco and Philadelphia. After more than 20 years in sales and sales management, Aaron joined Executive Alliance in 2018 as a Recruiting Manager. Aaron spent the previous decade in the Disaster Restoration and Environmental Services industry.
Aaron takes great pride in his creation of a new national niche for Executive Alliance serving the Disaster Restoration, Environmental and Facilities Management industries.
Aaron was recently promoted for outstanding performance and is one of the company’s most prolific recruiters. He is a graduate of Hofstra University and has lived on Long Island since 2002 with his wife, teenage daughter and son. Arleen Willman joined Executive Alliance in 2022 as an Executive Recruiter. Arleen comes to us from the advertising sales sector and has also worked in real estate. Arleen’s background in sales is a natural pathway to recruiting and she has more than 25 years of experience.
Arleen worked for Newsday for 18 years as an Advertising Sales Director and also ran the recruitment advertising department. Arleen is currently working in multiple areas of the company and is developing new clients in a variety of areas including hospitality and sales.

Cathryn Gonis joined Executive Alliance in 2021 as a Recruiter specializing in Construction, Architecture and Engineering. She works with a wide variety of talent from top level management to entry-level professionals and strives to make the recruiting process as efficient and enjoyable as possible.

Daria Teller joined Executive Alliance as a Sr. Recruiter in 2019 and was promoted to Recruiting Manager one year later based on her outstanding performance. She is a recruiting specialist in the Construction and Engineering space. She is also a successful entrepreneur, founding a software company in 2006. In this role, she served international companies and built customized platforms to address all of her clients’ needs.
Daria’s career path helped develop a true talent for recruiting and successfully provided training on hiring techniques and insights for her clients and employees. Daria has a deep understanding of strategy and recruitment and has successfully put all the pieces together to become one of Executive Alliance’s top performers.
In December of 2022, Daria was promoted to Vice President, Recruiting.
When she’s not playing matchmaker for her candidates and clients, Daria is traveling with her husband and son. Doug Gilman joined Executive Alliance in 2021 as a Senior Recruiter, initially supporting clients in collections, sales, operations and general management roles. Doug started his career in the U.S. Marine Corps.
After leaving the military, Doug worked his way up the career ladder in the accounts receivable management industry, holding Vice President positions at collection agencies and debt buyer companies.
Doug is known for his strong leadership skills and his ability to improve operational performance and margins. With strong communication and interviewing skills along with an extensive business operations know-how, Doug has shown a capability to recruit for a broad range of positions and industries.

Douglas Wald joined Executive Alliance in 2016 as a Director of Recruiting. Prior to joining Executive Alliance, Doug served as a Senior Director of Digital Marketing at CA Technologies, a global enterprise software company. He managed distributed teams in the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific and India, helping guide the company’s digital marcom strategy, internal communications and branding functions across 100 departments and programs.
Based on his previous experience it should come as no surprise that his focus as a recruiter is in Marketing, Product and Project Management, IT, Customer Support and Operations.
In December of 2022, Doug was promoted to Vice President, Recruiting.
Doug is an active speaker in areas of career development, charitable causes and digital marketing, presenting to organizations and programs such as Radio Jobline, NPR, the International Association for Business Communicators, WPIX Channel 11 Morning News, Hofstra University and Learning for Life. Maura Halligan has been a recruiter with Executive Alliance since February, 2020. Maura focuses on the needs of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, filling all levels of positions on both the operational and science sides.
Maura started out as a medical technologist and later moved into sales and management, leading teams in two medical device companies to #1 positions. Before joining the staffing industry, Maura founded a training and development consulting company whose clients included Bayer Diabetes, Siemens Diagnostics, GE, Quidel, Johnson Controls, Kos Pharmaceuticals and McKesson among others.

Michael Noto joined Executive Alliance in 2023. Before joining the team, Michael was involved in the staffing industry for over 7 years in both corporate and agency settings. Prior to staffing, Michael spent a number of years selling trading application software as well as CRM applications.
In 2016, Michael joined Robert Half Technology to drive new business development for the placement of technology professionals. He later joined Adecco to help manage the Creative & Marketing recruitment team.

Ralph Marra joined Executive Alliance as a Sr. Recruiter in 2021. Previously, has served as Chief Information Officer for three Long Island based healthcare financial and data service providers as well as three years at Suffolk Federal Credit Union in Medford. He has managed all facets of technology leading to success in process improvement, security audits and overall productivity.
Based on his in-depth experience in all areas and roles related to Information Technology, Ralph will bring much added value focusing on IT, Project Management and Operations.
Since 2008, Ralph has been an Adjunct Professor of Business and Technology at Stony Brook University on both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Richard Simon is the Director of Operations at Executive Alliance. Rich joined the Executive Alliance team in July, 2008 as an Office Manager and served in that role from 2008 – 2014.
In 2014, after moving into its larger office location in Commack, NY, Executive Alliance promoted Rich to Operations Manager, a role he held until 2019, when he was promoted to Director of Operations.
Previously he spent two years working for Dynamic Staffing Alliance, a full-service staffing firm, as the office manager and junior recruiter which paved the way for his move to Executive Alliance. Rich takes great personal pride in making sure the company’s best interests are consistently observed. As a result of his tenure at Executive Alliance, his experience, organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and staffing knowledge have made him an invaluable asset and a beloved member of the team. Robert Chaimowitz is a Director of Recruiting at Executive Alliance. With 25 years of recruiting experience, Rob joined Executive Alliance in 2014 and quickly rose to the top of the Sales and Marketing Division.
Prior to Executive Alliance, Rob spent 10 years with a national recruiting firm moving up the ladder to Division Director. Rob focuses on mid-career to executive-level sales and marketing professionals and is active in many industry sectors including HR Outsourcing, Human Capital Management, Payroll Services, HCM Software, Professional Employer Organizations, Employee Benefits, SaaS, Business Services, Digital Media, Manufacturing and Healthcare.

Scott Passeser has been in the staffing business for over 35 years and joined Executive Alliance in 2013. In his role as Senior Vice President, he runs the manufacturing, engineering and supply chain divisions and focuses on aerospace, the environment and biotechnology.
Scott is responsible for the marketing function of the company. He also manages the Executive Alliance Thought Leadership Team which publishes articles for the company’s blog and LinkedIn accounts. An innovator in executive search field, Scott created Long Island’s Jobline on News 12 and hosted the show for 24 years. He now hosts Radio Jobline and has been on LInewsradio since 2014.
Scott was selected by the Long Island Federation of Labor’s Consortium of Worker Education in October, 2001 to run a 12 month Re-employment program that provided outplacement services to over 1,000 workers dislocated by the tragic events of 9/11. Scott is a published feature writer on the subject of navigating the job market and was a career columnist for Newsday, Long Island Business News and the Wall Street Journal’s National Business Employment Weekly. Sean Ames joined Executive Alliance in 2018 as a Sr. Recruiter in our IT division and was promoted to Recruitment Manager in 2020. Sean is a Siena College Alumni and has been involved in staffing since 2005.
Early in Sean’s career, he focused solely on IT Healthcare Recruitment but has since branched out into other industries including manufacturing and engineering and can place IT work in just about any industry. Most of his career has been on the recruitment agency side.

After a long career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition in the aerospace industry, Vincent DeMonte has joined Executive Alliance as a Senior Recruiter. Vince has worked extensively with the team at Executive Alliance for more than 20 years, but always from the customer side. In fact, for many years Vince’s company was one of Executive Alliance’s best customers.
Vince has served in various capacities in Human Resources over a 35-year career as Director of Human Resources at L3Harris, Exelis Inc, ITT Corporation, and EDO Corporation. Vince has led domestic as well as international Human Resources teams where the focus was on engineering, program management, operations, and supply chain management. These areas are exactly where Vince’s focus as a recruiter is now.
