This will be our last Job Hunting/Talent Acquisition column of the year. Every member of the Executive Alliance Thought Leadership Team thanks you from the bottom of our hearts for your ever-increasing interest in our weekly Thought Leadership column. In less than one year, we have progressed from a small group of readers to over 5,000 article views per week. At this rate, our articles are read 250,000 times a year right here on LinkedIn and we are very proud of and thankful for this achievement.

With so much great content on LinkedIn it is hard to stand out, but we have done our best to cover every job hunting, talent acquisition and workplace issue relevant to success in today’s workplace. I think it is safe to say we must have done something right. We started offering this column to subscribers in the last quarter and in just a few months have garnered nearly 13,000 subscribers. We are currently adding around 300-400 new subscribers per week. A big Thank You to our subscribers!

In case you have only recently started reading the Executive Alliance Thought Leadership Column, it is stored on our company’s website. Every single article written this year appears on www.execsallied.com/blog/

We also wanted to mention that in the past few months and going forward, this column often connects with our company’s broadcast radio program, Radio Jobline, hosted by our Sr. VP and Chief Editor of the column, Scott Passeser. To our knowledge, Executive Alliance is the only executive search firm in the country with both a weekly column and a weekly broadcast radio show focused on success in the workplace. We are very proud of this distinction.

Radio Jobine can be found on our company’s website at: https://www.execsallied.com/blog/radio-show/

I want to give special thanks this year to our amazing leader and boss, Gary Zelamsky, for his incredible “Hire the Best Series” that ran this year and for his guidance on what most affects job hunters and talent acquisition professionals. There is no better boss and no one more innovative in the executive search business than Gary Zelamsky.

I also want to thank Doug Wald, a Senior Contributor and editor of the column and our entire marketing team including Taylor Demonte who produces the graphics for all of our social media, Daria Teller one of the best recruiters in the business, Susan Burden our Sr. VP and the longest tenured staff member of our company, Rob Chaimowitz our technology project manager, and Aaron Frenchman, our very own Unicorn Hunter. Thanks to all but most of all thanks to our readers who inspire us every week with comments, questions and ideas.

I also wanted to mention we are looking for ideas for next year’s column. Please let us know if there is a question or topic you would like us to explore in print or on radio by sending an email to scott@execallied.com.

We wish everyone the happiest of holidays, good health, and peace in 2024! See you next year!
