Before joining Executive Alliance, Aaron spent the previous decade in the Disaster Restoration and Environmental Services industry. Daria Teller joined Executive Alliance as a Sr. Recruiter in 2019 and was promoted to Recruiting Manager a year later based on her outstanding performance. Daria is a specialist in the Construction and Engineering space. She is also a successful entrepreneur, founding a software company in 2006. In this role, she served international companies and built customized platforms to address all of her clients’ needs. Along the way, she also developed a serious talent for recruitment and provided training on hiring techniques and insights for her clients, as well as her own internal team. Daria has a deep understanding of strategy and recruitment and has successfully put all the pieces together to become one of Executive Alliance’s top performers. Judy Cohen has been in the staffing industry for 30 years and brought her unique blend of networking, sourcing and talent acquisition skills to Executive Alliance in 2015 as a Senior Recruiter. Judy has been recruiting Architects, Engineers and Heavy Construction talent nationally for the last 20 years. Judy is AIRS Certified and has led training sessions in Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies to find talented passive candidates. She also taught classes in LinkedIn recruiting techniques. Throughout her extensive career, she has successfully placed Structural Department Managers, Bridge Engineers, Bridge Program Managers, Highway Engineers, Drainage Engineers, Civil Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Landscape Architects, Survey Department Managers and Traffic/Transportation Engineers. Scott Passeser has been in the staffing business for over 35 years and joined Executive Alliance in 2013. In his role as Senior Vice President, he runs the manufacturing, engineering and supply chain divisions and focuses on aerospace, the environment and biotechnology. Scott was in charge of internal recruiting for staff for some years and now manages the marketing function of the company. He also manages the Executive Alliance Thought Leadership Team which publishes articles for the company’s blog and LinkedIn accounts. An innovator in the field, Scott created News 12 Long Island’s Jobline and hosted the show for over 24 years. He now hosts Radio Jobline and has been on LInewsradio since 2014. Scott was selected by the Long Island Federation of Labor’s Consortium of Worker Education in October, 2001 to run a 12 month Re-employment program that provided outplacement services to over 1,000 workers dislocated by the tragic events of 9/11. Scott is a published feature writer on the subject of navigating the job market and was a career columnist for Newsday, Long Island Business News and the Wall Street Journal’s National Business Employment Weekly. Scott was also an Adjunct Professor at Hofstra University.
