Doug Gilman joined Executive Alliance in 2021 as a Senior Recruiter, initially supporting clients in collections, sales, operations and general management roles. Doug started his career in the U.S. Marine Corps.
After leaving the military, Doug worked his way up the career ladder in the accounts receivable management industry, holding Vice President positions at collection agencies and debt buyer companies.
Doug is known for his strong leadership skills and his ability to improve operational performance and margins. With strong communication and interviewing skills along with an extensive business operations know-how, Doug has shown a capability to recruit for a broad range of positions and industries.
When Doug is not working, he enjoys going to the gym and trying his hand at his new favorite past time, fishing.

Gary joined Executive Alliance in 2002 as a Chief Operating Officer and part-owner of the business and became President a short time later. Gary is responsible for transforming Executive Alliance from a small recruitment firm to a nationally recognized mid-size firm and his leadership and managerial skills are the backbone of the company.
In addition to leading the company, Gary is also a successful recruiter. He specializes in Executive level management, business development and legal placements. He works with companies of all sizes, often with other Executive Alliance team members, and has a well-earned reputation for quickly presenting experienced candidates with the right skill sets.
Prior to Executive Alliance, Gary held Vice President and Senior Vice President positions in large cable TV markets on Long Island and in Seattle, San Francisco and Philadelphia. Earlier in his career, Gary practiced as a CPA on Wall Street and earned his MBA in Finance from NYU. When he is not working, you will find Gary at the gym or at the beach.

Robert Chaimowitz is a Director of Recruiting at Executive Alliance. With 25 years of recruiting experience, Rob joined Executive Alliance in 2014 and quickly rose to the top of the Sales and Marketing Division.
Prior to Executive Alliance, Rob spent 10 years with a national recruiting firm moving up the ladder to Division Director. Rob focuses on mid-career to executive-level sales and marketing professionals and is active in many industry sectors including HR Outsourcing, Human Capital Management, Payroll Services, HCM Software, Professional Employer Organizations, Employee Benefits, SaaS, Business Services, Digital Media, Manufacturing and Healthcare.
Rob is an accredited Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association. He is originally from Brooklyn and now lives on Long Island with his wife and two sons. When not in the office, he can be found coaching his boys’ sports teams, playing golf, or losing his voice watching the Jets, Yankees and Knicks!

Susan Burden joined Executive Alliance in 2003 and leads the company in seniority and production. A perennial number one biller, Susan has recently been promoted to Senior Vice President. She takes it upon herself to help her colleagues be their personal best.
Prior to joining Executive Alliance, Susan worked in Human Resources, managing multiple generalist functions including recruiting & benefits administration. At Executive Alliance, Susan was given the tools and leadership needed to build her desk in the collections area. Thanks largely to her efforts, the collections industry is the firm’s number one division. Susan enjoys representing her candidates and clients who are immersed in the ARM industry and has a national reputation for excellence.
Susan’s approach to staffing is to organically build her network and fearlessly take the initiative to grow. Susan has a passion for building relationships that last through every step of the process and continue beyond her staffing relationships.
