Our client is a leading, well-established Commercial Restoration & Construction company who looking for an Asset and Inventory Manager in the Boca Raton, FL area. 

Job Description:

The Asset and Inventory Manager is responsible for procuring, monitoring, and reporting on the companies owned/leased assets and leased facilities. The position  oversees the daily operations and activities of the companies owned/leased fleet, owned/leased equipment, and leased facilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Direct responsibility for the company’s facilities, fleet, equipment, and
inventory
• Will have to work closely with the company’s operations teams to understand and meet their needs
• Conduct regular quality control and safety inspections of facilities, fleet, and equipment; ensure adherence to safe work practices
• Monitor property leases, and address maintenance and service-related issues
• Replacement and addition of vehicles and equipment as needed to support the growth of company or age of assets as directed by the operations team
• Manages the company’s equipment, which includes the deployment of,
scheduling of repairs, and monitoring usage and compliance with the
company’s inventory system
• Collaborate with Field Logistics and Operations personnel, Regional
Directors, and ROM’s to coordinate scheduled warehouse inspections,
equipment upkeep, and fleet inspections/repairs within their regions to
efficiently and effectively assist the FFEI manager on company assets

Compensation: Base salary $70K - $80K.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications

  • Five (5) years managing facilities, fleet, equipment, and inventory required.

  • Strong understanding of facilities and equipment management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mobile technology required.
  • Experience operating a Forklift
  • Must possess a DOT medical card.
