They are seeking an Associate Manager, Marketing Automation Product Management (Marketo) to support their ecommerce and integrated marketing programs as well as administer and oversee integrations with their Salesforce CRM.

Overview
The ideal person for this role is responsible for the Digital Product administration and support activities for the Marketing Automation systems supporting the North American businesses at the company. The Marketing Automation Product Manager provides support for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units for their organization.
Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Product Roadmap – Define and prioritize enhancements to the Marketing Automation platform based on North American business needs and priorities.
• Manage Delegated Environment – Provide central coordination, administration, and support for delegated users around the world.
• Manage relationship with platform provider(s) including Adobe Marketo for day-to-day business operations.
• Manage and provision user licenses and permissions.
• Coordinate with IT for ongoing system support and enhancements.
• Serve as the business lead for system integrations with Marketo.
• Develop business requirements document for Marketing Automation enhancement initiatives, soliciting input from key stakeholders.
• Create and govern archive and records-retention policies in accordance with the company’s compliance standards in each market.
• Training – Provide new user onboarding, and refresher training on the Marketo tool to users across the company.
• Consistency and re-usability ensure that the Marketo capabilities are managed as a shared service for the company.
• Create a community of delegated Marketo users, share updates on outages, maintenance, upgrades and newly introduced features and functionality.
• Serve as primary point of contact with Marketo regarding support issues.
• Identify and share best practices across the community of delegated users.
• Help Desk – provide “help desk” style support to community of delegated Marketo users. Specific Knowledge & Skills
• Deep knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems
• Direct experience with Marketo strongly preferred

Minimum Work Experience
Typically 6 to 8 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
Preferred Education
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications.
Travel / Physical Demands
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
