Our client is a disaster restoration firm with a national footprint, that is investing in grassroots growth in all its markets. They focus solely on commercial and large-loss business and there is tremendous growth opportunities within the organization.
Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of the sales cycle for each opportunity/lead.
• Work within the CRM to develop client organization and touch points.
• Discuss Profit/Loss Assessments (PLA) and benefits of emergency event preparation.
• Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues; provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommend options and courses of action; implementing directives.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; review professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies.
• Develop and deliver insightful strategies and presentations to the decision makers and business department where appropriate.
• Travel Required to major disaster sites in various areas of the country.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Understand Construction Processes a plus.
• Computer skills including internet, e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word and has worked in a CRM tool previously.
• Comprehend client organizational structure to ensure high level of client retention to grow company revenues.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field from a four-year college or university; or
• Five (5) + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in service base sales, restoration, or construction.
