Job Description

They are seeking a driven, talented, and passionate individual to join their IT Operations Team in bridging the gap between Business Stakeholders and IT Developers in an end-to-end application and data flow process. You will leverage your quantitative skills to derive answers to clients' ongoing business analytics and reporting questions, plus to be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions utilizing Power BI tool. You are intellectually curious, analytical, and a natural problem solver who is driven to advance their skills through their exploration of application functionality.

Responsibilities:

· Evaluate, execute, and follow up with a specific plan for analyzing the data and providing clients with key insights on business analytics and business operations support.
· Ability to review current Power BI reporting and make recommendations for enhancements and/or performance improvements.
· Transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive and user-friendly BI Dashboards and Reports.
· Understand business requirements with the ability to convert them to Power BI context. Convert raw data to meaningful insights by designing, developing, and deploying Power BI scripts.
· Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI; analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.
· Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.
· Investigate, analyze, and resolve application issues related to reports through independent judgment and problem-solving skills; escalate issues requiring deeper intervention to development teams.
· Interact with clients to help troubleshoot and resolve product issues related to reports.
· Work closely and in collaboration with teams in remote locations to support client’s analytics needs.
· Analyze current business processes, understand end-to-end data flow, and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge.
· Provide responsive and quality customer service to clients; respond to, evaluate, and prioritize incoming requests to support clients’ needs.
· Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support on how to properly address client or product problems.

Qualifications/Required Skills/Education:

· Microsoft SQL
· Experience working with Microsoft Business Intelligence Power BI
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Knowledge in software development methodologies.
· Multitasking, ability to work under pressure.
· Strong organizational and analytical skills.
· Ability to see the big picture and how the parts fit together.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally in matrix managed organization.
