Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for their manufacturing company located in Suffolk County, New York. The highly motivated individual must have excellent people skills and a strong background in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial process and reporting as well as providing leadership and direction to the Accounting and Finance team to support and facilitate the company’s growth goals.

Job Description:

• Manage the organization's financial resources, capital expenditures, and operational expenses.
• Oversee financial policies and procedures for the accurate and consistent recording and reporting of all financial matters including budgeting, external financial reporting, internal financial reporting.
• Research market trends in order to develop growth strategies for the company.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 3 to 5 finance staff.
• Develop strategies that enhance training and development in areas of fiscal responsibilities which include, but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, clinical billing, collection, accounting, budgeting & financial reporting.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor implementation of all financial policies of the company.
• Interpret and apply State, Federal, and County regulations governing fiscal policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• BA in Accounting and Finance, MBA preferred.
• Must be a CPA.
• 10 to 15 years of finance experience.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and finance based analytical skills.
• The ability to lead, delegate, motivate and inspire team members in a respectful manner.
